Yes. The Wound Care E&M template has separate findings for up to three wounds, each with location and type, measurements, wound bed and tissue, exudate, edges and periwound skin, infection, and pain and trajectory.
Is there a note for debridement and other procedures?
Yes. The Wound Care Procedure Note covers pre-procedure findings, consent and time-out, debridement, skin substitute application, negative pressure wound therapy, compression and casting, and post-procedure care.
Can we record vascular and neuropathy findings?
Yes. The template records pedal pulses, capillary refill, ankle-brachial and toe-brachial index, edema, monofilament sensation, foot deformity and skin temperature.
